Classic off road motorcycle racing returns to Bromyard on Sunday June 23 from 10am to 4pm. Excitement, nostalgia and great fun are the order of the day recreating the thrills of the original 1946 event, run on the same circuit.

Different classes of pre 1983 machines will race with a backdrop of beautiful Herefordshire scenery, culminating, with the final competing for the majestic Bringsty Grand Prix trophy.

2018 winner and current holder of the BGP cup, Bromyard’s Richard Williams added: “The Bringsty Grand Prix is a proper old school scramble, the track has everything a rider wants, big hills, wood sections and off cambers a real riding test and spectacular to watch. Can’t wait for this year’s event and hopefully I can repeat my success from last year.”

The event will be signposted from the A44 one mile to the east of Bromyard. Pedestrian entry is free with car parking available at £5 per car. Refreshments including breakfast baps, pork roast and licensed bar will be available all day together with static displays of iconic bikes from a bygone era. A great day for all the family.
